BAD PRODUCT/SERVICE + BAD COMMS = BAD PR

GOOD PRODUCT/SERVICE + BAD COMMS = BAD PR
GOOD PRODUCT/SERVICE + GOOD COMMS = GOOD PR
Simple as that. Now, go do some good PR.
