Yes, Table Tennis Is A Brain Sport

I love having a tennis table at the office. And now there’s a good reason for it according to this BBC article:

“In his book, Amen calls table tennis the best brain sport. It improves hand-eye coordination. It’s aerobic, uses both upper and lower body and causes you to use many different areas of the brain to function.”

Now, we have to setup some joint tournament on Whispr Fridays with our partner companies GuidePal and Tipser. But no clients; I’m too much of a poor loser to do take that risk…
