10,862 Comments Later, I Realize Blog Comments are NOT a Business Model
For me, comments has never been the main idea. It’s a pretty easy conclusion for me to come to, since I’ve never gotten that many comments anyway. I still think I will, but I’m pretty sure that I have to gain an international audience first. Swedes are pretty good at English, but they don’t like to comment in English.

However, I’ve had a lot of good business coming out of the blog. At any given moment, I can’t work with more than, say, ten clients. And if half of those appreciate my blog, well then it’s time well spent from a business perspective.

Still, I must say that the primary purpose for me is the freedom of expression and even though that is a tough ROI sell, it really is worth it.

Whoha, that’s pretty impressive.
