BAD PRODUCT/SERVICE + BAD COMMS = BAD PR

BAD PRODUCT/SERVICE + GOOD COMMS = BAD PR

GOOD PRODUCT/SERVICE + BAD COMMS = BAD PR

GOOD PRODUCT/SERVICE + GOOD COMMSGOOD PR

Simple as that. Now, go do some good PR.
